Why use the Giclée process?

  1. Giclée technology has become a cornerstone to sales of the art world. This new technology is so advanced that the refinement of the archival Giclée makes it hard to see the difference from an original.
  2. The Giclé gives the professional the opportunity to have a quality reproduction at an affordable price and is unlike the serigraph or lithograph, which multiple images must be made at the time of printing.
  3. The "artistic Giclée" is archival because we use pigmented ink and museum quality media. Along with the proper environment and archival picture framing the stability of the archival Giclée can be guaranteed as an enduring heirloom.
  4. Dye-based ink versus pigmented ink has been an issue that is debated over and over. Dyes are water-soluble and will fade over time; pigment is molecularly solid, similar to the pigment artists create with. Therefore, the pigmented Giclée is fade resistant and the Giclée will last for years and years just as paintings do.
  5. Offering Giclées will increase your market. By offering this wonderful Giclée process to your clients you give them an alternative to collect your art work and you can savor your originals.
We feel if Monet, Renoir, Picasso and other great masters saw this technology during their lifetimes, they would have been just as excited to use this process for their work.
